I believe the fact that almost a billion people live in this world without access to clean water is evil. Here in America, we take water for granted. And, yet, so many elsewhere go without it. We should not be disheartened though. The lack of access to clean water in thousands of communities in our world is a situation that can be easily remedied. All it takes are wells.
I also believe that to not work towards this attainable goal is adding evil upon evil. Personally, I do not want to have this on my conscience - to know that I could have made a difference and chose not to.
